Thas is really putting the screws on a tight budget. There isnt too much that an 18 year old girl is going to need that cost around 20 dollars. Gift cards are always and option, but for only 29 dollars there isnt much they can buy with them. If you go the gift card route it may be better to buy something like 20.00 worth of free tans or maybe something like a Starbucks card as opposed to buying a mall gift card.
